Caught Between Two Worlds has been 16 years in the making. Below is a gallery of images from the launch on November 24th 2016. But before you look at those, I’d like to share with you what I said at the launch that night.
Good evening and a heartfelt thank you to all of you for taking the time to come to this very important event in my life that I am happy to share with you.
My name is Marion Weatherburn. I am a Spiritualist and a Psychic/Medium and tonight I’m finally, launching my first book which has taken 16 years to write. It’s taken this long because as I’ve done almost 2000 Readings, I kept finding stories that I didn’t want to leave out of the book and at one stage, the book held over 1250 files but thanks to a brilliant and gifted Editor, Josh, has been able to condense and streamline it into 263 easy to read pages.
The first part of my book is about me growing up with a lot of strange experiences and happenings occurring in my life and trying to make sense of it all.
The second part of the book is what I consider to be the most exciting part of the book. It’s about some pretty special Readings I’ve done. Each chapter is its own Reading, followed by the testimonial given by the person Read for and then followed by the lesson and/or message that shone brightly from the Reading. One we can all learn from.
The last third of the book is about Spirituality and what I label as “Soul Food” and “Life’s Little Secrets”.
As humans we have jobs to do so that the ATM works when we go to it.
As Souls, we too have jobs to do.
I’m at a point in my life where my Soul has stepped up to undertake its full purpose.
This book has come together because I’ve made a huge sacrifice moving back to Adelaide after 20 years in Perth. It was never going to be completed there. But now it has and I’m proud of myself.
By writing this book, I hope to touch your Soul, even without you knowing. Miracles happen every day even without us realising. I hope to set your feet firmly on this beautiful Spiritual Path we call life.
Whilst I ask you to drink in the words in the book, it is the gaps in between each word that is the most important, because that is where I have placed my love for me, you and life!
I’m spiritual and I’m psychic but my spirituality comes first.
Spirituality is another word for simplicity.
As Souls, we are simple. We just love and want to be loved.
It’s as Humans that we complicate our lives. Think about it.
There’s no mystery around Spirituality, it’s accessible for everyone.
Together with my Team of Guides and family in Spirit, I work with your Guides to bring through and interpret spiritual messages and wisdom that are just for you. I have done nearly 2000 Readings, each one completely different with its own lesson to learn.
Wow! That’s a lot of lessons you say, but remember what I’ve always said “We keep learning until our fingers are the same length!”
Many people come to me for guidance and support with personal issues or crises or seeking direction and/or clarification.
Sometimes the Spirit of their relatives come through and this is why I say “Expect the Unexpected” in a Reading because when a reconnection occurs, you will never forget the experience. Boxes of tissues are on my weekly shopping list!
Some of the main lessons we need to learn are about the passage of time, forgiveness, acceptance, tolerance and unconditional love.
I often wonder how many people heed the guidance they are offered in a Reading after they leave or when situations and circumstances resolve themselves, do they remember to express gratitude and take the opportunity to learn the lessons?
I don’t always but I do try. But boy, it gets hard sometimes.
That’s why I’ve written this book, to remind you when you forget that there is a very real omniscient love and power guiding our lives. It’s just that I can see above the clouds that hang over your head to where the sun always shines brightest.
It is through our experience, we gain understanding.
