35 Questions I Am Most Often Asked During a Psychic Reading

Over the years, I have been asked many wonderful, interesting and sometimes unexpected questions during my Psychic and/or Spiritual Readings.

Some questions make me smile, some make me think deeply, and others open the door to conversations that can bring clarity, reassurance and understanding.

What should I ask a Psychic?

In my experience, the most meaningful questions to ask during a Psychic Reading are often the ones that come from your heart.

You can ask a psychic anything you want.

This is what I tell people before they come to see me.

Imagine that you are driving down the road and you see a supermarket, you suddenly remember that you need milk at home. so you quickly pull over and park the car and run in. when you get home you find that you bought chips, chocolate and ice cream but forgot the milk. Why?

Why did you forget the milk? Because you didn’t go in with a shopping list with milk written on it.

In my experience of over 38 years of sitting with people giving them readings, those that have brought a ‘list’ of questions get the most out of their session. They know what their own priorities are and I don’t have to search the supermarket aisles of their being to give them what they may not even need, like the chips, chocolate and ice cream scenario.

People get told not to tell a psychic anything, yep, that’s because they want us to prove what we can do. Bring me the list and I’ll not only show you that I can do what I say I can and have done for 38 years, I’ll also answer your most important questions.

Over the years, I have been asked thousands of questions about relationships, family, life direction, soul purpose, loved ones in Spirit, the future and so much more.

There is no such thing as a silly question. Sometimes the question you almost don’t ask is the one that can open the door to the greatest clarity, understanding and reassurance.

One of the things I often remind people is that a Psychic Reading is not about me simply telling you what is going to happen. It is about guidance, insight and helping you understand the possibilities and choices available to you.

Am I WEIRD? Or am I having a Spiritual awakening?

If you are asking this question, then yes you are! People who aren’t having one (ie Young Souls or 5’s as we call them) would never ask a question like this because to them it’s all woo woo…..haha I reckon, let them miss out on all our fun.

I write everything you need to know about awakening spiritually in this lifetime in my second book ‘Wired not Weird.’ People used to call me ‘Weird’ years ago, then suddenly I decided to rearrange the letters and Weird became Wired and Wired means connected to Source and that’s what we are.

You are NOT Weird you are WIRED. (Now that’s a great title for a book don’t you think? Oh wait, I wrote one!)

What is the difference between your brain/mind and your Soul?

In my experience my brain is as old as I am (ie 63) and my Soul is lifetimes old.

My Soul knows what’s best for me so of course, I am going to trust it to guide me. My brain has only been with me for 63 years and has very limited life experience as to what is right for me. So, I don’t listen to it.

Everyone who knows me knows that if I ever need to make an important life decision, I talk with my Soul, not my brain as it’s always got me into trouble. My Soul knows what’s right for me in this incarnation and the last one and the next one and the one after that.

When will I find love? / When will I meet my Soul Mate?

Personally, I love this question. It’s a great “movie” for us to watch.

However, again, it’s one of those questions that I personally like to keep to myself, a bit like knowing the sex of a baby before it’s born. I think it’s always best to find out for yourself.

What we do offer are recommendations about the very places you may meet that special person. We may be given names, and while they may not be the name of your Soul Mate, they could be connected to them. When you hear those names, you’ll know to pay attention because you’re in the right place at the right time.

We may also be shown the type of event or location, and even an approximate time.

Personally, I think the fun part of life is discovering these moments for yourself. To be honest, I wouldn’t want anyone telling me every detail. Imagine if you were sick that day and couldn’t go!

Should I stay in this relationship?

This is always a great question.

When my Team of Guides and I look at this question, we look at what your life is likely to look like if you stay in the relationship, and we also look at what it may look like if you leave.

We give you both versions and allow you to feel which one resonates most with you.

Ultimately, the choice is always yours.

Is my partner cheating on me?

In my experience, if you’re asking the question, you probably don’t need a Psychic.

Deep down, you already know.

Can a Psychic help with court cases?

Yes, I have helped with several.

In my experience, I find this type of Reading completely fascinating.

Remember how I said I’m shown your life in a movie format? Well, if I need to “look” at documents being held by the other party in a court case, I simply read them like a newspaper.

These situations have always remained completely confidential and will never appear in my books.

Personally, this is some of the work I enjoy the most, especially when it helps my clients.

The information shared during these Readings is often something they could never have known themselves, nor could I, unless I’d actually “read” it in the visions I was shown.

Can you keep a secret from a Psychic?

Why would you? Unless you’re trying to test us.

In my experience, I always ask friends, family and clients to be honest with me. I tell them I can accept anything they tell me, as long as it’s honest.

If someone chooses to lie to me, I’ll usually know immediately.

After all, they’re being “watched” by Opa and my Team of Guides, who see everything and tell me what I need to know for your highest good.

Sadly, there are some very personal and incredibly accurate experiences that I will never share here or in my books.

But to answer the question…

Yes, of course you can keep a secret from a Psychic if you choose not to let the words come out of your mouth.

…but I’ll probably know anyway! 😉

Will you give me bad news?

No, I never give bad news.

I have in the past and, on a personal level, I wish I hadn’t.

If I (or my Team of Guides) see any issues of concern, we know exactly how to word them in a way that you will receive the information positively.

For instance, if we see that someone close to you may be nearing the end of their life, we would encourage you to spend quality time with them. Have a birthday party, get out the old photo albums and look through them together. Tell them what you love most about them and what you will remember most about them.

That is very different from giving someone “bad news.”

A Psychic Reading should leave you feeling supported, prepared and empowered, never frightened.

Does my ex still love me?

Again, do you really want the answer, and what will you do with that information?

When will my xyz person die so I can get their inheritance?

This is one question I refuse to answer.

What are the lotto numbers?

If I knew that, don’t you think I would keep that information for myself? 😄

Am I on the right path in life? / Should I change jobs?

In my experience, this information usually comes through before the person even sits down for their Psychic Reading.

Human life is all about choice.

Opa is always involved in questions like this because he operates the visions or “movies” that I see.

I’m generally shown what you’re doing now, how it fits into your Life Plan, and any changes that may occur in the future. My Team of Guides and I may also offer guidance about future career paths and choices that will help you feel like you’re doing work you genuinely love.

After all, when you do a job you love, you’ll never feel like you’re working a day in your life.

What is my Life Path?

In my experience, this is more of a Spiritual question.

Not everyone is an Earth Angel, and not everyone has the same purpose in this lifetime.

One of the things I love most about a Reading is helping people understand why they’re here, what they came to learn, and what they came to teach.

Often, once people understand their Life Path, so many pieces of their life suddenly make sense.

What are the Spiritual lessons I am here to learn or teach in this lifetime?

In my experience, these are my absolute favourite questions to explore.

There are so many Spiritual lessons, and every one of them has been chosen by you before you came into this lifetime as part of your Soul Contract.

What is a Soul Contract?

At the end of your last incarnation, you met with your Team of Guides and your Soul Family to discuss the Spiritual lessons you still needed to learn, and the lessons you had agreed to teach others.

Together, you discussed who would be the teacher and who would be the student. Different life scenarios were explored and contracts were agreed upon regarding who would play each role in your next incarnation.

This happens every time we die.

We are given a Life Review and shown whether we learned, taught and experienced the lessons our Soul came here for.

What are Spirit Guides?

Guides, believe it or not… are just us… DEAD.

Yes… and it’s in their best interests to help us, and in our best interests to listen.

Guides have their own Guides too, and this is something very few people realise.

Many people talk about Spirit as though they hope it’s real.

Believe me… it is.

Guides can’t simply barge into your life and take over. You have to be ready. Your Soul needs to be ready.

This was all agreed upon in your Soul Contract.

What do my Spirit Guides want me to know?

In my experience, you will never be told what you want to hear, but you will always be told exactly what you need to hear.

Can you accept the truth?

Can you accept a visit from a loved one in Spirit who needs to find peace in order to continue their own Soul journey?

In my experience, there are far too many “Am I…?” and “Should I…?” questions to list here.

If the question is important to you, then it’s important to your Guides and, therefore, vitally important to me as the Psychic Postie delivering their guidance.

Why do I feel stuck?

In my experience, most people who come for a Reading feel “stuck.”

They feel like they’re standing in quicksand. Life doesn’t make sense and it feels as though nothing is happening.

Most of the time, these people are simply in the “meantime” or the “in-between time.”

You see, life isn’t just about you.

There are people connected to you through your Soul Contracts and, sometimes, they take a little longer to reach the part they’re meant to play in your life.

While you’re waiting, it feels as though nothing is happening.

Then suddenly… they arrive… they play their part… and whoosh… your life starts moving again.

Feeling “stuck” isn’t always a bad thing.

In my experience, it often means something wonderful is just around the corner.

Why don’t I like being around people anymore?

These days, many people are feeling exactly the same way.

In my experience, this all relates back to the Spiritual Awakening and the day Covid arrived, when it felt as though the Universe had pressed the pause button for humanity.

I explain this in much greater detail in my second book, Wired not Weird, exactly as Opa and my Team of Guides showed me. I was simply their voice.

If you’re on your own Spiritual journey and beginning to “wake up” to the realisation that life as we know it is, in many ways, an illusion, you’ll often struggle to be around other people’s energy.

People on a Spiritual path are usually highly empathic. They absorb energy from everywhere.

When you’re living authentically and growing spiritually, you’ll often find yourself needing time alone.

That is where the Soul hears.

That is where the Soul grows.

Are there really Earth Angels?

Absolutely.

Look around you… they’re everywhere.

This is one of my favourite topics and something I write about in both of my books.

Earth Angels have been strategically placed in exactly the right places for exactly the right reasons, disguised as ordinary human beings.

I’m sure you’ve already met one.

If you have… you’ll never forget them.

Or perhaps… you’re one.

Do people naturally tell you their life story?

Do children gravitate towards you?

Animals?

Do you feel most at peace in nature?

Is my loved one in Spirit OK?

This is such an important question and is often whispered, as though the person asking it is afraid their loved one might hear.

Little do they realise… their loved one already heard the question the moment they thought it.

One of my greatest privileges is reconnecting people with their loved ones in Spirit, and vice versa.

These experiences stay with me forever and I am constantly amazed by the power of LOVE.

It’s simply incredible.

However, I cannot summon a loved one to come and speak with you.

It actually takes practice on their part.

Once a Soul has gone Home, they have stepped out of their heavy human suit and become lighter than air itself.

For them to reconnect with us takes practice.

This is why people sometimes see Spirits they don’t recognise.

It’s often that Soul practising communication before visiting their own family. If you jump in surprise… they know you saw them!

It’s a very special and sacred experience that many people have shared with me during their Readings.

In my experience, when it happens, the energy in the room becomes electric. The light often changes, becoming softer, warmer and gentler.

There is simply no denying that a loved one is with us.

Often, I ask them to sit beside you so they can hold your hand… or yours.

The language used is emotion.

Words simply aren’t enough.

It’s beautiful to witness.

How can I hear my Guides or loved ones… and can they hear me?

This is something I absolutely love helping people with.

In fact, I’d love to put Psychics and Mediums out of business because, honestly, you’ve probably been hearing your Guides all your life…

You just didn’t realise it.

You simply thought it was your own thoughts.

Boy… do I have a surprise for you.

How do Psychic Readings work?

In my experience, I have been able to talk to my Opa in Spirit ever since he died.

I don’t know any different.

I explained earlier that it’s like watching a movie.

The difference is that I know the movie isn’t mine because you are the main character.

The narrator isn’t my voice either… it’s my Opa’s.

He tells me about the highlights, the lowlights and the important moments in your life’s movie.

That’s what it’s like for me.

Can a Psychic tell if someone loves me?

Absolutely and they can also tell if they don’t.

Do I need to bring photos or jewellery?

In my experience, photographs are a wonderful way of helping me make sure I’ve connected with the right person.

It has nothing to do with what they look like.

People often apologise and say, “Oh, I don’t look very good in that photo,” or “They were much younger back then.”

To me, none of that matters.

I’m not reading the photograph.

I’m reading the energy of the photograph and connecting it with the energy of the person Opa is showing me in your movie.

I rarely receive anything by holding jewellery.

If that’s the type of Reading you’re looking for, I’m probably not the right Psychic for you.

Can a Psychic tell if I have bad entities around me?

Oh boy… can I ever!

I’m going to leave answering this question for another article because I’ve written extensively about bad entities in my books.

Can a Psychic connect with someone who has passed away?

Yes… but only if they want to connect and we’re able to raise our energy to match theirs.

I can’t simply ring a heavenly doorbell or make an appointment for someone in Spirit to come and visit.

However, when you book a Reading, I ask Opa and my Team of Guides to bring forward anyone who would like to connect.

Quite often I’m given names before you even arrive.

I love that.

It brings such joy and often saves valuable time during your Reading.

And yes… to save me repeating myself, I’ve written two books filled with experiences just like these.

How should I prepare for a Psychic Reading?

By expecting the unexpected…

…and leaving all your expectations at home.

Why am I seeing recurring numbers all the time?

If you’re seeing recurring numbers, it’s most likely because you’ve been asking for signs… and missing them.

A lady once asked Opa this very question during a Reading.

She said she was always asking for a sign but never received one.

Opa smiled and said,

“We show her signs all the time, but she never sees them because she’s always looking at her phone. The recurring numbers are the signs.”

That certainly got her attention!

Go figure.

Why do I feel different to everyone else?

Because you are!

Simple.

But you’re just as important as everyone else.

You’re simply beginning to realise it.

What is it like to die? What happens?

In my experience, this is another huge subject.

I share the most beautiful story of a young 18-year-old man who died from a heroin overdose.

His experience became one of the most important teachings I’ve ever been asked to share through my work.
